The Handi-Zest and Handi-Grate were developed to make cooking easier; razor-sharp etched cutting blades in both utensils mean that they cut easily and with precision. The Handi-Zest incorporates a wiper on the rear surface such that, after use, the zest can easily be removed for cooking. The Handi-Grate is a double-sided mini mandoline and grater.
