The entry-level 600 Series has been one of the most successful and highly regarded speaker ranges in Bowers & Wilkins’ portfolio for approaching 30 years; it offers an entry point to true hi-fi at an affordable price. B&W turned to Goodwin Hartshorn to deliver the latest incarnation of the series incorporating a broad range of technologies from more expensive models.

We’ve retained the pared-down approach we used for the previous series. However, here we have drawn reference from the tweeter/turbine-head relationship in the 800 series. By moving the tweeter and MF/LF drivers closer together we have created a design evolution that also moves the sonic centres closer and hence improves the acoustics. Design and acoustics in harmony!
