The Flavouriser is a meat tenderiser with a difference. It is a four-in-one utensil for preparing meat. It features a textured surface for tenderising meat and a flat surface for flattening. Additionally, it has a pestle end for preparing herb/spice rubs and a reamer for citrus marinades. The added features make it ideal for barbecues.
