In the summer of 2015, we were invited to create an exhibition of our prototypes for the Design Museum Tank. Called, ‘Design Needs Prototypes!’, the installation featured eight of our projects from initial prototypes through to the final products. They were: Elvie (winner of the AXA R&D product of the year 2015), the Clean-Press garlic crusher, the Garlic Rocker (now on permanent display at the Design Museum), the Multi-Peel peelers, the Brompton Toolkit, the Suction Irrigator, the Child ViSion glasses (winner of the Designs of the Year People’s Vote 2013 and now on permanent display in the Young V&A) and finally the Linear Cutter.
