The single-use Adson Frazier was developed for use in a variety of specialist operations. Ergonomically designed, it allows surgeons to apply suction as they would using a non-disposable device whilst having the clean-room benefits of a disposable object. Although originally designed for neurosurgery, its success has meant that its use has been extended to all surgical fields. Currently, the device is used in over 500 hospitals in the UK and Europe.
